The beds were comfortable, but my room wasn't serviced .

It has amicable, incredibly nice staff.

I had very comfortable days staying at this great budget hotel. Everything was great with brand-new rooms. The location was easy, for example, a snug park was not too far from the venue. The workers were pleasant, setting is in 5 minutes' walk to the downtown.

Plus, the location was perfect for accessing nearby attractions and the views were lovely. The cleanliness of the room could have been better, and I would have appreciated more amenities in the room.

A Spotty Stay in the Mountains

While the location had fine views, the stay lacked comfort. The room needed repairs and better upkeep. The low staff presence left me longing for more assistance. The nearby diner served good breakfast options was nice.

I had a surprisingly pleasant stay here! The large room was well-kept and exceeded my expectations. Plus, the heated indoor pool was a nice bonus for relaxation after a day outside.

the shower was broken, but the room was spacious with a large kitchen area and a nice gas fireplace. also, the bed was pretty comfy and there were extra towels available! !

No hot water during our snowy stay.

Suitably cheap for a weekend crash

The heater worked great and the beds were clean even if a bit hard. We also got discount coupons for nearby activities, a nice touch.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but for what we got, it was acceptable.

Not the best place but a great budget fit for a quick visit to Big Bear Lake. The rooms could use serious work, but at least the mattress was decent for a quick night's sleep.

I had a comfy stay where I enjoyed the warm blankets and space heater I brought to battle the cold weather. The hotel offered a cozy lounge area and a lovely fire pit outside for relaxation. The parking situation could be better, but overall, it was a pleasant visit! 😊

Had a blast with my friends skiing at Bear Mountain Resort and chilling at the cozy inn. The staff were super friendly. The TV options kept us entertained after long days outside!
